Commit to your Business Plan learning

Yes the effective Business Plan you draw up might be made up of a little bit of this, some of that and a pinch more for taste. This business plan might even sustain you until it's run its duration.  However what happens when you go back it it an try making that next step.  Do all the pieces integrate allowing the progress towards achieving all your objective actually be grow and be achieved.

You really do need a business plan.  One that has short term, medium term and long term goals.  The simple thing about making this plan is that really you need to have a focus objective.

The work out what your objectives are to gain your primary goal.  Complement these with strategies of how you are gong to achieve the overall goal. Simple so far is it?

Not really however knowing what you want to focus on makes a great number one point.

If you want to bake a cake why then are you making a bread or cooking dinner?  Deciding what type of cake,  for who to eat and the suitability of that cake be makes you involved with the decisions. In this case strategies]
However being committed to baking the cake means everything has been laid out, you know the answers to these questions, you have a time line.  The first step has been taken.  Being committed is when on ingredient has mixed with another. When you have now committed to baking a cake.

Making a business plan, acting on it and then reviewing and then being able to  redraw/ alter up another is making that learning factor a commitment to progress.

Balance and realine - a training gaol

When people are in a situation where their 'daily lives' are influenced strongly by an increasingly self feeding circular stress / anxiety and depression cycle the influencing factors spiral. Often not seen until the inevitable happens where something goes and breaks down.  Now added guilt factors step in. Businesses loose well trained and valuable members of their work force when the people realise that they do not even like what they do any more.  The fun has gone out of their lives. Added work loads now pile up onto other people [more stress for them] and the training department keeps employed as long as the business can pay them to keep going.

Implemented 'stress load recognition" steps built into any ongoing training program  become doubly important as they are a set of tools for all transitional from within the the work place, the community and the family life.  That people have the belief the attitude of 'burring the heads in the sand' will make it go away. Thus they are not involved or responsible is an abuse by all to actively ignore what is going on will not make it go away.  Instead the abuses are intensified as they are magnified. Like a pebble skimming the water something eventually impacts with something else then eventually sinks.

Walking the double edged sword of having to psych ones self up to take an active part in a job completion task often is of assistance.  Being able to hop from one side to the other, do the job and being able to effectively be efficient at fully leaving the situation behind is the aim of initial training and then constantly updating that training.

Effectively the person is spring boarding into the jobs starting point through putting on a ' practised uniform'.  Think of an emergency worker. Sometime through their training they are shown how to cut off from being themselves, flick into work mode, do the job and come back into themselves. For years nurses went to their place of work. In the locker room they changes out of their civvies and into the uniform.  There were often others around letting off steam, offering a helping hand or a shoulder to cry on. The head nurses would be warned about trouble brewing and deal with the issues.  In today's world debriefing has overtaken part of this return transition process. Expert help from a neutral person outside of the circle of events that actually were occurring. Alternatively time out camps where returned solders can go in order to hole up. Take the time and eventually come back into their world reality.

These scenarios illustrate strategic release times when and where ordinary human beings are out their doing what they are trained or allowed to do sometime during their life. Not implementing the Occupational Health and Safety steps now incorporated within 'set out pathway to recovery' finds those behind the system guilty of work place abuse issues even years after the activities or events triggered a release of the 'adrenaline rush' triggered to cope with the work experiences.

When people are unable to make the full jump between the analogy of the double edged sword mentioned above they gradually reach breaking point. Often unseen by themselves as what was 'norm' has now been overtaken by this new norm. Incorporated into any training program a series of 'just have fun activities' that include the families, refresh the person and are their without competitiveness factors interrupting is a must.

By building into the awesome responsibility of  the "..too succeed or not to succeed" part of human nature fun training activities that release the reassure, reconnect both ourselves and the others around us with 'fresh air and balance' the training team supports further cohesive actions, goal attainments and reignition while allowing the persons involved chances to balance, realine and become whole once again.

Trying another side of Google

I am at the beginning of a steep learning curve that sees me both  learning and implementing just how far I can utilize the Google Documents.

An associate showed me Google Documents. Then opened the Google Document world to me. Things I had thought of before suddenly became limitless.

  • Previously having to save diagrams and pages in half or quarter size for people to read them on the information presented on the blogger.
    • Printing this information out caused the enlargements to be unreadable.
  • I kept finding scholarship papers popping up in Google search engines.  These were really good reading as I was told the procedure to place a 'paper' on this level of the web.  therefore felt that the source to be more accurate that something placed on the web.
  • Instead of repeating actions that involve a lot of copy writing the same things over and over blogger's tab bar has incorporated a web address link.
  • The folders can be made and files stored in them.  Meanwhile there is a running sheet of each and every file you are working on as well.
  • Sharing is a terrific idea when you are able to limit those who see but also those who can change things around with you. Check the documents out.
  • Time management wise there is a lot to be done to enable the change overs from blog indexes to document presented indexes.  However for the readers easing this time spend is a profitable investment.
  • Locating files to update -where someone else is or has been working on - is easier as they have popped up to the top of the list.
On the down size although
  • The printing has greater scope the graph pages are still tricky to print out .

Google Documents will add another dynamic side to the blogs that I have fun writing with.

Your appearance

Your dress code, demeanour, posture, the presence you radiated? Was what you were carrying, clean cut, crisp and well presented?

An horrific encounter with no time to spare.

When you enter through the door way to your next appointment which would you rather encounter!
 You have to
admit that one sales person dream is  another ones nightmare!

When your focus is on friendly gestures do not forget that they must include the following :
  •  your own,
  •  the direct person you are aiming to talk too or are currently talking with,
  • All the others around you.
Before proceeding with the sales pitch for an interview time stand back allowing others to come forward - especially as they are either paining customers waiting to be served, or someone waiting for the person you are approaching either to work with them directly of for them.

Friendly gestures may be considered a waste of time when you are rambling on after the other person has basically said "NO".  That No may be the end of their conversation time allotment.

At this point make a judgement decision. Take that persons lead but still be the leader within the conversation.  Allow the client to be busy while creating a way to call back at another time. Initially when you shook hands  names were swapped. right. Use the clients name when you are allocating your precious time to call on them.  ie.  "Susan. I will be back on either Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning next week.  Either way I would be happy to email you some addition information on [Focus your target information topic here]... Tomorrow I will phone you and conform the time."

Say a cheery goodbye and be on your way to the next call.

Remember Sales all boils down to - time'.  Waste theirs and they will not be happy - neither you nor your company representatives will be welcome back.  Waste your own and you will not have time for you next sale.

Practice delivering your message.

Delivering your message in a quiet yet effective method may be appropriate at some times yet inappropriate at others.

By practising with family, pets, even in mirrors and on strangers you will begin to deliver your message naturally without forcing an issue or faking the self appreciation and self confidence level.

Mix your message with a firmness and cheerfulness that is concurrent with your "positive trust me" body language. Then believe in both what you are selling - yourself, you company and the product.

Interacting and communicating with others

Having gained, practised and put into place effective people skills takes time, commitment and effort. Interacting with your business, employment or those who are you target audience challenges and expands these skills still further. Using these skills to communicate with people, while they in turn have a base to form trust from, is a method successful used effective sales people.

To the point - to gain successful sales means that the sales person has to use effective people skills, backed up through supported decision making processes. Backing management allows the new sales person to reach a decision on their own, implement that decision, take responsibility for the outcomes from that decision, move forward having learned from the actions and counter reactions.

Primarily for the sales person to obtain the help that enables them to further develop confidence, communicate well and establish a rapport with other people, an initial stepping stone should be implemented. This could be as simple as using the introductory and handshake phase to garner the control of the situation. to have this control stabilised and past through to others the whole time you are their selling.

Once the people skills go up, the sales go up. Confidence is given by both parties. People like the way business is handled.  They become relaxed. The people skills go up to a new bench mark level.

A "two sides of the coin" concept.

Willpower is a term for helping us grasp an intangible concept. A concept that all through lives people can be trained in, while training and exercising their brain to daily strengthen the willpower which prompts healthy life choices.

Another intangible concept is hindsight. Although hindsight is supposed to bring wisdom often the knowledge gained being released once it is too late for the first protective offensive.  Bad habits then need to be broken.  Our minds, bodies, families and peers retrained enabling the 'us' to stay on track and reach for the new foundation goals.

This being said how does one gain a functioning, resourceful, thinking on feet sales team?  One that pushes their subliminal limits, over comes hurdles at a mear thought and charges in where angles fear to tread??

5 points... there they are

  • Be creative.
    • Use Social Media
      • with Persistence
        • add Social Networking
          • repeat the lot again
There you have the how to's in five dot points.

Strategies to meet the needs analysis

Follow on from listing the challenges
Strategies towards meeting needs analysis with the project
  • Use a holistic approach that achieves a defined project focus.
  • Define the project as -  2011 Traralgon Show- showcase
  • Ownership and 'creative license' by team members of project while developing that working team.
  • Some initial working ethos to be there at the beginning while further development occurs.
  • Use technology skills within group and their network.
  • Train all members to have initial working ability that enables the members to participate in the intra-exchange of knowledge through the technology and skills levels already in action.
  • Expand the comfort zones of team members so that use of new machinery, technology or situations are able to be turned into positive outcomes rather than fearful ones.
  • Introduce through use of documentation that has instructions for use.
  • Successfully network through as many people and social networking sites as possible.
  • Have diverse multi stream employment opportunities within company guide lines.
  • Create enough positive PR for flow on 'jobs' through the company to assist with above commitments.
Did I mention about the critical review happening  Transparency in the results and... it keeps on going. Just hang in there

Karma

A few years ago a young lady had an opportunity to gain experience as a secretary with some receptionist options.  The employment was with a firm that changed the rules as the boss desired.

During the actual time away from the home base the workers stuck together.  They did not like the fact that the employer had booked two rooms for 6 people.  The employers idea was to stick the young lady in with the seasoned men's sleeping dorm while he slept next door.  Luckily for the young lady one of the workers realised that he had worked with her father a few years earlier.   The young lady ended up next door so that she could do the typing required and not 'drive the men crazy with key board tapping' as she worked.

Things went from 'bad to worse' work wise.  The employer did not meet her wages, used her phone bill into the thousands, took her expensive reading glasses, only brought beer instead of coffee or tea. The workers tried to protect the young lady in her naivety. Eventually I was called onto the scene.

I had later talked to all the employees and found that they knew that after a hard 12 hour day -cutting logs up- they could come back to a substantial  home cooked meal, clean bedding and room.  All they had to do was put money in the food kitty and have a shower before they came to the table!

After two and a half months the young lady went home.  A ride to a highway was organised for her via the local off duty police man. A truck driver known to be a relative of the police man just happened to be passing and 'stopped' for a chat.  Strange as it may seem that truck just happened to be going past the young ladies door!.... about eleven hours travelling time away.

To this day nine years later I often wonder what happened to those men when the boss found out that the young lady had gone.  I had heard that the tuck had got impounded through men wanting what was their friends wages and expenses. that the employers wife had a holiday she had always wanted [care of the justice system] and that the employers business had ceased to exist and he was unemployable... or soon became unemployed.

Ho hum.

4 steps for a get 'there' goal.

The need is to directly communicate with others to achieve a goal.

Sometimes the awareness of the following dot point list is jumbled at best. Meaning the sequence of events may be repeated often until another step is moved through.

  • Become aware that there is a potential negative aspect of work in progress.
  • Complete a needs analysis
  • Use the vision and mission as a support guide line.
  • Work out strategies designed which enable the objectives to come within the guide lines.

Our get there goal is to have a stall at the 2011 Traralgon Show.

Keep posted... just subscribe!!

Why use a group

Companies and other businesses are utilizing the social networking sites like Google Groups, Yahoo and Facebook groups. Messages from the business to the employees or distributors are getting out there quickly and efficiently.  Once a new member joins the messages are through the email system.

  • The onus is then on the member to click on get the information and move with the times.

  • From the business side of things advertising is direct and of small costs ratio.
  • Again the more clicks a company name has the higher up the ladder their blog posts go.  Onto search page one the address will go.
  • When a group of businesses are run through the same central promotion point one click bring all closer to the top of the search engine.
    • Hence why people subscribing, friends and emails are so important to the business.  You may like waht you read, and reteweet or send to your friends.  This method is called viral networking.

POW

I have realised that I am a W.O.W.  This is good.

But there is something bigger than a W.O.W.

That is a P.O.W.  That is a Person of Worth.

Are you one too?

Vision of CVE4me

To build communities that with give back into their wider community an attitude and standing within the communities functional life within which the people will know that they are of worth.

WOW I have goals

  • have brought into one line two operational distributors by 0000hrs 25th December 2011.
  •  through my 1375 account to have $2500 being utilized to grow this business by 31st December 2011 at 2359 hrs.
  • put into action the four training sessions I will have attended by December 25th 2011.
  • attend the both the Sydney convention and the Melbourne Leadership weekends in March 2012 with two distributors.

W.o.w.

Actually this weekend is more than just W.o.w.

I went to a business meeting in Melbourne.  Does not sound hard.  Melbourne is just two [2] hours away from here.  Yes there were hurdles to get over but I got there had a great weekend and arrived back.

When I woke up this morning I expected to feel buyers remorse.  Not at all.  I woke with determination.  There are things to do by tomorrow at 1000hrs.  Once I have done these things I will let you know.

I knew the plan.  I had altered another similar one to tentatively work like this one.  TWENTY FIVE years ago. I made it work then and run into difficulties that then I could not get over the top of.   BUT I had seen my very basic plan work.  Yes, I say very basic as when I saw this plan six [6] weeks ago I told the guy how things worked then.  Now there is twenty five years to catch up on. I feel like a prem. baby in that once again I had been too early on things.  The world was not ready and I had not the resources.

Hay this base international company has been going for roughly fifteen years.  Over this time I have had reinforced that there is no safety net [but the one between Jesus Christ and myself] and for this opportunity I thank him.

There are resources that I have and do not have. Things I had and no longer had.  [like the 25 years]  The saying get over it  has been added too.  It is get over it, around it and through it.  Now where am I going to be with my goals.  Why am I sitting here sharing this with you?

Although I dislike using an acronym I have realised that "I am a Woman Of Worth"!.

A little stepping stone

In order to go for another stepping stone qualification for Community Development I needed to be directly employed within the Community Development capacities.

I can now say I am.

Triggering subliminal memories.

Near 6 hours after first sitting down to this computer what have I done.

  • Missed a personal appointment ...yes.
  • Listened to the rain begin to pour down and considered not mowing the jungle out the back [again].
  • I have finally worked out how to get into my Google Site list.
    • Through this the blogger sites and other things I thought I had lost access too.
Google search was wonderful. The link that was provided on You Tube helped me out. This link was "All about how to create a simple web page" but it triggered a subliminal memory that released a memory.  That is the "Penny" dropped.

GRRRR

I have been trying to work this out but so far frustration and groaning have occurred.   Along with the primitive grunts and accompanied noring of teeth.

Sound familiar.

Have I mentioned the insane laughter when I found out that after five hours of not working things out I was working the wrong thing out!!!!

Yes Google apps was not what I was trying to work out things with.

It is however...

  • Once I have changed the readers view side of the blog over to the new system
    • how then do I log in?  and two
  • How do I pay for the google site I have been doing up?  Google apps is not the correct place to find this answer I think!
back to the drawing board.

Must get up and exercise too as I think my posterior has squished it's blood vessels.  How ever the dogs are happily snoring... still.
